About Butterfly Furniture
Butterfly Furniture was founded in 1983 by Andrew Conning, following on from a long, traditional apprenticeship and training in the “North Yorkshire furniture tradition.”
Today, Andrew and his team operate from a fully equipped, purpose built workshop, situated just outside the North Yorkshire village of Whixley, in the Vale of York.
Butterfly Furniture specialises in furniture, both traditional and contemporary, made from a range of hardwoods to suit your taste and needs.
Each piece leaving the workshop has the butterfly emblem hand carved somewhere on its surface.
We believe that our furniture is of true heirloom quality and will still be in daily use by your grandchildren.
